How have we obtained your personal data?
We have obtained your personal data through the order form on the website or from the relationships we have maintained with you, either because you are a customer, or because you have requested commercial information about our products and services, or because we maintain with you a commercial relationship as a supplier, client or collaborator.

For what reason can we process your personal data?
The processing of your personal data related to the maintenance of your relationship with QUALIMAIL as a client is legitimized as it is necessary to comply with the contractual obligations derived from said relationship. The processing of your personal data to send promotional information about activities, campaigns or initiatives of QUALIMAIL similar to those in which you have participated, responds to a legitimate interest of our entity and is authorized by current regulations.

Do we carry out international data transfers?
